Alcoholic

Preliminary cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in new American (50%) and French (50%) oak barrels.
Ageing

After one racking, the wine is aged for 4 o 6 months on its lees in the same barrels in which it is fermented, with regular lees stirring. From 3 to 5 months in the bottle.
Filtering
/
After cold stabilisation, filtering through earth and amicrobial filtering.
Closure
/
Natural cork, 44 mm.
