Pale straw-coloured with greenish highlights. Intense. Reminiscent of dairy products (yoghurt), fresh herbs, aromas of hay, mint and fruits (banana and green apple). Fresh, tasty and very primary, a sensation of acidic and exotic fruits (passion fruit and lime), together with herbaceous and milky nuances that appear on the nose. (26-3-05)
